If you experience troubles with a module, please go on the module page to see how you can contact the support provided by the author of the module.
Only authors of module can help you. You must always contact them first for any questions and any troubles.
If after contacting the author, your problem is not solved, then, please inform the Dolibarr foundation (email: [email protected]) with information about:
- description of trouble (name of module, version, version of your dolibarr)
- a summary of echange you did with the author (cust-paste of emails sent/received)
- if you got non answer, date of last contact you tried (must be higher than 7 days)
So we will be able to process your case (disable the module, refund you if necessary, ...)
