Outlook (&Co) allow to send Invoices and quotation (link to pdf) using Microsoft Outlook or other mailing sofware without settings, sync problems.. It is possible too to create .ics file to put autofill appointments in Outlook or other external calendar software.

Outlook (& Co) can send emails from Outlook (or any else mail software) easily.

Don't meet settings problems, sync problems.

Dolibarr Outlook (& co) aim to avoid this kind of problems. A tab appear on Propal and Bill pages. From this tab, Outlook or any else mail software open an autofill email. Email address is filled, title, message body, links to download documents, link to sign document (if you have the right module), and link to pay the bill (if you use Stripe, Paypal, etc.. module).
