What the module does :

  • Addition of an employee calendar, allowing you to view and create absences from a filterable calendar
  • Added interaction with Google Maps, enabling mileage distances to be calculated
  • Added a configuration to define a type of expense claim line displaying the vehicle category selector
  • Added a configuration to define a type of expense report line displaying a selector from the list of Dolibarr internal users
  • Customisation of the expense report type dictionary to link it to a VAT rate (this VAT rate is then pre-filled in the VAT field of the line when the type is selected)
  • Added automatic calculation of kilometric expenses based on section 1 of the URSAAF scale
