What's new in v3.1

  • Supplier barcode scan: the module resolves a supplier barcode or reference to your internal SKU (configurable cascade).
  • Automatic batch/serial creation on reception: no more rejected scans when the batch does not yet exist.
  • Ambiguity handling: if several products match the same barcode, the user picks one.
  • Persistent scan history across sessions, with a clear button.
  • Graceful camera errors: clear messages for denied permission, no device, missing HTTPS…
  • Official Dolibarr 22 compatibility.
  • Security hardening: CSRF token verification, lookup-field whitelist.

Overview

Record stock entries and exits with a single scan, without opening the product record. Works with any USB/Bluetooth scanner that emulates a keyboard, and also directly from a smartphone camera (HTTPS required).

Key features

  • Stock in/out with quantity, warehouse, label and note in a single screen.
  • Supports EAN, EAN-13, UPC, Code 128, QR, alphanumeric SKU or internal reference.
  • Configurable cascade lookup: internal barcode → supplier barcode → supplier reference.
  • Batch/serial handling, with optional best-before and expiration dates.
  • On-the-fly creation of missing batches (optional).
  • Browser-side scan history (localStorage, persistent across sessions).
  • Configurable on any native field (barcode, ref, ref_ext) or a custom extrafield.
  • Multi-entity, multi-warehouse, multi-supplier.

Typical use cases

  • Goods reception: scan the supplier's barcode on the box, the module debits your internal SKU automatically. Batches are created on the fly.
  • Cycle counting: scan products one by one, stock is adjusted live.
  • Picking: stock out by scanning order items from a phone.
