  Detailed description InfraS time entry brings many improvements to business/project management:
Direct, simplified access to user time entry
Clear entry of time spent per task on jobsites
  • Comments can be recorded
Direct creation of expense reports (meals / lunchbox / hotel nights / telework days) with a simple checkbox
2 entry modes available:
  • Individual: each user enters their own time spent.
  • By team: a team leader enters the time spent for the current day for themselves and team members assigned to the same task on the same jobsite.
A report page of recorded times per user (or for all) with period filter and export for HR
For Dolibarr 11.0.x and later, a report for time accounts and employee leave management is available

  Installation
Download the module archive file (.zip) from the dolistore.com website
Install our modules from the "Install/Deploy a module" tab on the modules page.
The module can then:
 
  • be activated (Switch Off => Switch On)
  • be configured (Setup) if needed (from the module configuration page)
  • and finally used
