Quick generation of price requests

  1. From a quote or order, simply click on the "Price Request" button.
  2. An intuitive dialog box opens, allowing you to select the lines and suppliers to consult.
  3. Option to load suppliers by tag for better request distribution.
  4. Easily complete or update existing price requests.

  • Generate blank price requests without displaying known prices. Let suppliers input their own prices.

Streamlined price entry for faster results

The module adds a dedicated tab to supplier quotes, enabling efficient and fast management of supplier responses:

  • Enter proposed prices easily, with the option to directly input totals, which will calculate net prices.
  • Modify requested products with those offered by suppliers, especially in cases of stockouts or equivalencies.
  • Add an important note to the line.

 

Track client quotes awaiting supplier prices

This module includes a homepage widget called "Status of quotes with supplier price requests".

This widget, integrated into the Dolibarr homepage, provides a comprehensive list of all client quotes in draft status.
The goal is to offer a quick overview of quotes requiring action, particularly those related to pending supplier price requests.


Each widget line displays:
  • The client quote number
  • The associated client
  • The creation date of the client quote
  • The number of supplier price requests sent and their status

The widget also includes an overall response rate to help sales teams prioritize necessary actions.
Color-coded alerts are based on a configurable number of days in the module options.

This dashboard enables proactive quote management and efficient tracking of supplier negotiations.
