Module description

This module allows you to display the list of duplicate thirdparties detected in a dedicated menu.

To search for duplicates, you can define the fields to be compared (e.g. company name). Several fields can be selected and combined: ID number, name, address, city, phone number, VAT number, etc.

The interface displays the duplicates in a list with various key details to help you decide which thirdparty to keep and which one to merge.

Example of displayed data: Name, address, status, number of quotes/invoices, last activity date, etc. A merge button lets you keep one and merge the other.

Warning

Depending on your MySQL version, multiple criteria may or may not be supported. Optimal performance from MySQL 8 and above.

Below version 8, you will need to define criteria one by one.
